The title references a term commonly used in video games to describe hidden content that exists outside the main narrative, placing the visitor in a condition similar to that of a player.

The egg, a symbol of fertility and organic matter, is illuminated by an artificial technology distant from the biological imagination. The laser light, irregularly diffused by the egg’s porous surface, generates an optical interference phenomenon known as speckle. This appears as a dynamic grain reminiscent of the static interference of analogue televisions and the noise of digital images.

The work reflects on a contemporary condition in which the real and the digital are no longer separate, imagining the physical environment and the video game interface as a single hybrid space.
